Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when it is available.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and to international destinations, including Canada and India.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders of AED 150 or more.
  • AED 10 standard shipping on orders below AED 150.

These shipping rules apply to UAE and currently supported international destinations. The applicable method and final charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Estimates

  • UAE: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Canada, India, and other international destinations: delivery timing depends on the destination, customs, and the courier assigned to the shipment. We will provide tracking after dispatch where available.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless explicitly shown at checkout.

Shipping Address and Tracking

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate before placing your order. ABZU Perfumes cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If an order has not arrived within its expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will help track and resolve the delivery.
